(MEETING WITH MADAM AZIAN TO FURTHER INCREASE OUR UNDERSTANDING IN THE RELEVANT TOPIC)

*Each member recalled and thought as well as shared on how the interview helped us to gain insights on how to look at the issue
*information gained from interview with Madam Azian was rearranged and understood


What we learned form the interview :

First of all , the questions that was running in our mind has already been answered and we were very relieved and satisfied . In our opinion , We have learned and get to know more about TAR in the interview . We have learned that it is not easy to become a leader of a country . We need to be accountable and leader cannot blame others for their own decisions they have made . TAR is the best example for anyone who wants to become leader in the future . Now we have know that TAR have give his best and big achievement to Malaysia and without him we couldn’t be a Malaysians citizens . Then , We have known how importants the leadership could be . It now have boosting our spirits to practice a characterictics of leadership like TAR in terms of his leadership , manners and behaviour . He have every single leadership quality and skills that people can learn for . At the other point of view , the new generation which is GEN Y and Z doesn't took seriously about  how important the leadership in the future . They are being too spoiled by their parents and this can effects their thoughts and cannot think wisely . They are too obsessed with the social media and the influencers in youtube , tiktok which some of the media and influencer just spreading a fake news to gaining a popularity and the new generation just accepting the fake news . In our opinion here which is parents and leaders should showing a good attitudes for the new generation and they have to guide this generation to become better in the future .  We don't deny that technology now have become more advanced and advanced but it will be more better if we using it into the something that can gain more benefits . From the recent PRU we can see that this new generation doesn't go to vote for their new prime minister . Some of this irresponsible teenagers feel proud for not go voting and tweet in the media which is saying it doesn't matter if they go for voting or not because it will not change the future of Malaysia if the new government take over . It is such an embarassing for us to have an irresponsible citizens in Malaysia that not cared about the country . So for our opinion here , the new generation doesn't have the spirits of patriotic and doesn't have the characteristics to become a leader in the future . So what can we conclude here in order for a country to move forward and in terms of politics,economics and social,the people have to unite first so that everyone can live in  harmony and peace.For politicians they need use the power that people  give to them wisely.Raise people voice so that no one are left behind . Last but not least , all Malaysians whether young or old need to take a lesson from TAR’s leadership who has given a lot of good and progress to Malaysia and we should appreciates his struggle with defending our country by becoming a better citizens in the future .

What is the problem and how did Tunku Abdul Rahman solve the problem

MEETING 2 BMW  (Meeting 2(STEP 1) *Issue Selection was done. *Combined effort of each member had laid a framework for Team BMW to build with stability.
