MEETING 4 BMW (DISCUSSIONS FOR 4W1H QUESTIONS) The 4W1H questions about our topic 1) What is lacking in nowadays politicians in terms of leadership if being compared to Tunku Abdul Rahman? Politicians today lack strategic and critical thinking skills which is one of the most important leadership qualities that Tunku Abdul Rahman has. Tunku Abdul Rahman really got independence for Malaysia because of his strategic plan and critical thinking to convince the British government that Malaya at that time was ready for independence. Finally, Malaya got its independence on 31 August 1957.   INTERVIEW (MEETING WITH MADAM AZIAN TO FURTHER INCREASE OUR UNDERSTANDING IN THE RELEVANT TOPIC) MEETING 7 (STEP 4) *Team BMW did Post-Mortem/analysis and thoughts after the interview *Each member recalled and thought as well as shared on how the interview helped us to gain insights on how to look at the issue *information gained from interview with Madam Azian was rearranged and understood What we learned form the interview : First of all , the questions that was running in our mind has already been answered and we were very relieved and satisfied . In our opinion , We have learned and get to know more about TAR in the interview . We have learned that it is not easy to become a leader of a country . We need to be accountable and leader cannot blame others for their own decisions they have made . TAR is the best example for anyone who wants to become leader in the future .
